WHC pays property owners an agreed Management Fee and signs a legally binding agreement to manage the property. We also pay Council Tax and Water Rates.

We invest in the property to achieve a lettable standard and thereafter carry out the repair and maintenance functions.

Occupied property provides an income for property owners and prevents vandalism, deterioration, decay and depreciation and the expense of securing against or evicting squatters.

Flexible letting agreements

we take over property quickly to minimise void levels, and hand back property when required, thereby ensuring development is not delayed. The minimum amount of notice we require is one month.

Security

we ensure that your property is not vandalised or squatted. We house responsible tenants. Our tenants know that good relations with neighbours and other tenants are important to ensure our continuing good work.

Public relations
